Alex Prince is a writer, filmmaker, and actor. Born in North Carolina and raised in the Chicago suburbs, he has outgrown his religious upbringing and embraced the unhinged, crafting absurd yet moving stories for both the stage and screen. His work showcases the clash between queerness and heteronormative society, and his stories often center characters facing issues of identity, belonging, and desire. Prince is an MFA at Northwestern University's Writing for the Screen and Stage program and is a Gotham EDU Fellow.
