There is something magical about The Brooklyn Youth Chorus's rehearsal space. Four days a week, a group of 40 young adults travel from multiple schools in several different neighborhoods in New York City and pile into a two floor Brooklyn townhouse. There, they spend hours refining their vocal skills. In the process, they make everlasting friendships, they gain a sense of confidence, they learn how to express themselves and they push themselves to be better. Choir is a portrait of a vastly talented group of teenagers who found themselves through music.

Friday is a short film about a historical mosque in Brooklyn, NY and it's struggle for independence and resilience in the face of discrimination, gentrification and real estate development.
