insectarium is dark ambient and drone soundscapes composed by Joel Hinkle in Springfield, Illinois. The MKHEXE sound was created using a no-input mixer along with three Aztec death whistles and scrapings using a contact mic. The soundtrack was formed using Native Instruments softsynths. Foley sounds were recorded in studio.
