I chose to tell this story, first, because it was for a film competition, and second, because I genuinely love horror and enjoy working on short horror films. I personally feel that horror isn’t made as well as it used to be, so I wanted to challenge myself and give it a shot. I try to participate in this competition every year if I can, simply because I love the drama. I also believe that if you can write horror and comedy well, you can write anything.
