I've been in love with electronic music since I was a child--it was the music of video games for the Sega Genesis and SNES that attracted me to the idea of creating my own music. Despite that initial interest, it wouldn't be until everything shut down due to the COVID-19 pandemic that I would return to electronics (after spending many years studying traditional composition in school). I find a great deal of inspiration in visual art and the natural world, and love exploring concepts through a minimalist lens. The thought of spending my professional time creating music always seemed like a distant fantasy, even so, I spend as much time as I am able thinking about and working on music. For me, being able to share what I love with others, and through that, finding community, is my ultimate goal. more...
