I wanted to create as much feeling as possible and transport audiences. I had certain images stuck in my head, and locations that had spoken to me since I was a child. I wanted to create scenes and emotions that I had never seen on screen that I could create using only the resources I had available to me. This film was made with friends with almost no budget over about 10 months. I was pursuing a passion and wanted to create an otherworldly atmosphere and an intensity, put the audience through the ringer but warm their hearts.
