Arising from my own lived experiences, I wanted to express a sensation of loneliness that I could not define in terms I knew, that seemed historic and yet timeless. I think Generation Z has a unique role to play in socioeconomic relations globally and to challenge large issues such as climate change, and while these issues are ongoing and important, there is a stem cause which is isolation and non-integration, which must be expressed as the solution to an increasingly consumerist, vain and economically unequal society.
