Hi, I’m Joshua! (they/them) I’m a Writer/Director + Production/Costume Designer based in the South East of England. I have worked on productions for BBC Arts, Adobe, Channel 4, National Film & Television School, + Warner Bros & studied Art Direction with the Film Design Institute under Terry Ackland Snow (Batman, Aliens, Labyrinth). You probably got here from seeing either ‘Quietus’ or ‘This Camera is Broken’ so here’s a little more about those: ‘Quietus’ was screened at the ICA & BFI Southbank, won ‘Best Film by a Filmmaker under 25’ at Fish-Eye Film Festival & had me named one of ‘Top 15 Filmmakers outside of London’ by Levile magazine. ‘This Camera is Broken’ has, so far, been accepted into the BAFTA qualifying Norwich FF, nominated for "Best Production Design' & 'Best Costume Design' at Birmingham FF & nominated for ‘Best British Short Film’ at Winchester FF.
