I chose to tell this story to highlight the overlooked contributions of female artists, who are often reduced to muses rather than celebrated as creators. My main character, Celeste, collaborates with diverse female artists, focusing on their eyes—the window to the soul—to emphasize their unique perspectives. This film explores how the "female gaze" has been ignored and how historical female artists still resonate today, challenging a legacy of inequality. By examining the ongoing marginalization of women in the arts, I aim to inspire recognition of their artistry and celebrate the enduring impact of their work.
