The Dusty the Cowboy Variety Hour! Is my debut feature film as a director, writer, and producer which I am finishing up as my senior thesis at SCAD. As part of the agreement to get to make a feature, I agreed to create a 15-minute version which spans the entire film, tells a story, while creating intrigue to watch the feature In turn, we created this version designed to do exactly that! We chose this story to shine a light on behavior reinforced by the patriarchy and entertainment industry, in hopes to encourage viewers to reflect, and make a change.
