John Kim is a Korean-American director, writer, and photographer raised between Germany and the Bay Area. His films explore the private pressures that shape how people interact with one another.
A graduate of USC’s School of Cinematic Arts, he has worked with artists including ISOxo, Knock2, SiR, and Tiffany Day. He collaborates with Dogma Studios and currently works as a director at Top Dawg Entertainment. He is currently developing Sweet Boy as a feature.
