Sterling and I cooked up Soir Syncopate as a reflection of how we both felt in our lives. In the middle of a quarter-life crisis, young and living in the city, trying to make it as an artist while still figuring out who we are as people. It’s boring, really, if it weren’t for the neon visuals you might grow quite bored with it. But that’s what life is when you’re young, boring, but bright-colored.
