Lena Adams, aka “Sheepish Skater,” has been in Venice transitional housing for over five years. During this time, Lena rolls through the streets of Los Angeles in her truck, looking for people and a place to call home. Here, Lena finds her tribe of skaters who teach her to embrace her sheepishness and look for support.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, Alyse Arteaga is a renowned independent producer and director. Her filmmaking journey began through the Fellows program at Ghetto Film School and through Ghetto Film School Roster. Her portfolio includes a range of short-form projects, including collaborations with The Huntington Museum, The Academy Museum, REI Co-Op, and most recently, Vans.
