I created this as a first time filmmaker with nothing but a camera I bought at local mom and pop shop in my hometown and determination my first time in Africa on a Research Trip Studying Environmental Conservation and Social Change in Madagascar with Primatologist and MacArthur Fellow Dr. Patricia Wright. At Ranomafana National Park, a National Park in Madagascar founded because of the work of Dr. Pat Wright, the Sifaka Lemur is an endemic and endangered matriarchal species. SIFAKA brings together exclusive footage of the Sikafas in their play, joy, and lives with exclusive interviews with Dr. Patricia Wright.
