Produced, shot, and edited over the last month-and-a-half of my spring semester ('25) of graduate school, specifically for an advanced seminar focused on the politics, narrativizations, and labor of mothering, this short stitches together fragments and glimpses of my first-ever visit to South Korea – alongside my two older sisters and my mother. Thousands of miles and oceans apart, the two weeks I’ve spent in Korea already feel like a distant memory – a hazy, surreal dream that becomes all the more intangible with every passing day.
