I chose to tell this story because the assassination of Charlie Kirk represents more than a breaking news event — it exposes the deep cracks in American political culture, extremism, and digital-era radicalization. As a young filmmaker working at the intersection of AI, journalism, and cinematic documentary, I wanted to reconstruct this moment with clarity and emotional weight. Collaborating with Former FBI Special Agent Erdal Kaya allowed me to bring authentic investigative insight into the narrative. Through this project, I aim to explore how violence shapes democracy, and how storytelling can help audiences process complex political realities.
