About this Video
I am passionate about uplifting the voices of minority communities in my film and video work. I wanted to work on a story that illuminates a Latinx community member who normally, you wouldn’t give a second glance to—not to display them as a political figure, to spark discourse, or to use them as a platform—but to humanize them. To tell you what goes on when they get home from work. What they do in their free time. Their name. And to tell their story.
