About this submission

Hello! This challenge served as a way I could gain confidence in using sounds that were made or recorded by me. I treated this project like any other and began breaking down the basic elements of sound design; Dialogue, foley, hard sound effects, and backgrounds. I wanted to use foley as my main element to put the viewer into the MC's shoes, the crunchy footsteps, and "normal" night ambience. Slowly I pulled the realism away as the MC got closer to the random, scketchy object. Then pushed my loudest and ear piercing glitch sound effects for the grand finale.
