Napalm Flowers

Napalm Flowers follows Malcolm, an elderly World War II veteran, as a visit to a cemetery in Germany reopens a buried battlefield memory. Through a fractured recollection, Malcolm relives a brief encounter with an enemy soldier that cuts through the violence of war and reveals a shared humanity rooted in fatherhood and vulnerability. Moving between past and present, the film explores how trauma lingers long after conflict ends, and how a single moment of empathy can challenge the dehumanization war demands.
