NFMLA | Writer/Director/Actress Jackie Katzman on Making Her Short THE STRANGENESS YOU FEEL

NewFilmmakers Los Angeles (NFMLA) is a non-profit 501(c) 3 organization designed to showcase innovative works by emerging filmmakers from around the world, providing the Los Angeles community of entertainment professionals and film goers with a constant surge of monthly screening events. Jackie Katzman is an actress and writer, known for THE STRANGENESS YOU FEEL (2017), ANNA'S HUMMINGBIRD AND FAMILY TREE (2003). She has been married to Bernard White since November 2012.

In this interview, which is part of NewFilmmaker Los Angeles' Stage 5 series in partnership with MovieMaker Magazine, Jackie discusses how she was able to make her short film despite limited resources, and how it felt to screen her film in front of a large audience.
