Karma, an international high school student from Sikkim struggles to fit in and hold onto his cultural identity when he is stuck at home for the day with his host sibling, Alex. When Alex pressures Karma into smoking as the pair watch TV, they embark on a spiritual adventure before things take a turn for the worse.
