The master class took place online in our virtual classroom on Thursday, June 20, 2018 from 10:00AM - 1:00 PM PST.
This three-hour, live, online master class with a top game designer explored games that tell stories to show how game mechanics are storytelling tools and how interactivity can be used to create narrative experiences in almost any medium. You will be led through an analysis of the storytelling techniques of several popular games, and participate in an exercise that reveals how game mechanics can be used to create aesthetics and stories.
