I chose this project because it reflects the subtle, complex moments that young Latino artists navigate as they strive to honor their families’ sacrifices while discovering their own creative voices. This story explores friendship, love, the pressure to succeed, and the hope that emerges from building something in unity. I want to highlight that our community’s dreams are cinematic, meaningful, and deeply human.
