As I finished my freshman year of college, I felt I needed to tell a story about starting over– navigating a new world, forming new relationships, and letting go of old ones. Transitioning to college meant leaving the same people and school after 13 years, and I was left with a sense of loss I felt compelled to explore. Love, Eli is a reflection on deep connection, grief, and the quiet ways people stay with us, even after they’re gone from our daily lives.
