Karnama is a film that involves real subjects in a high-stakes setting. The subject is inherently appealing—a stunt act that defies gravity and is performed without safety is bound to draw attention. And so did it: first, it was a music video, then a few commercials. But like every new popular subject, the Well of Death became a trend and was later forgotten, leaving a gap where we could learn more about their lives. I aim to fill this void, to place a face and a three-dimensional world on the unparalleled stunt drivers of the Well of Death.
