Justine Kaneda is a Japanese American interdisciplinary filmmaker and performing artist. She is currently pursuing a Master of Arts at New York University's Gallatin School of Individualized Study concentrating in Film, Media, and Business. She graduated from Stanford University where she completed a B.A. in Human Biology and a minor in Theater and Performance Studies. She also completed an Interdisciplinary Honors in the Arts Capstone where she created her first short film titled "Kintsugi" which has been selected and awarded at various national and international film festivals.
