Life is filled to the brim with vanities. Often, the efforts made towards positive impact are stifled by chance, nature, and the reckless acts of others, and all seems to be in vain. Told alongside the spontaneous language of movement, music, and dance, "It's All Vanity" showcases the heartache and futility inherent in living a spontaneous, human life.

My film approaches a universal human experience on an intimate, personal scale, and my aim in making it is to speak to the stages of life in which it seems as if, no matter the effort, nothing turns out as it should.
