The motivation behind “In This Fog With You” comes from a desire to explore the emotional and psychological realities of choosing abortion within the socio-political landscape of Florida. Through Serenity’s journey, I wanted to move beyond rhetoric and into lived experiences centering the quiet, complicated moments that arise when choice is shaped by time, access, and uncertainty.
By focusing on conversation, care, and accountability, I aim to create space for empathy for the women navigating this experience, and for the relationships and communities that show up to support them as they find their way through it.
