I created INDRIYA out of a need to understand how unspoken experiences live inside the body. In a time where we are constantly stimulated, performing, and emotionally disconnected, this film turns inward, examining how sensation, memory, and suppressed emotion shape human behaviour beneath the surface.
Through movement, INDRIYA invites viewers to slow down and recognise the ways our bodies carry what we often fail to articulate, reshaping how we understand vulnerability, presence, and emotional truth in today’s world.
