God’s Country follows Jason Magee, an independent journalist investigating the case of a missing Black truck driver in a rural Midwest town. His search quickly spirals into terror as the truth of his circumstances begins to reveal itself in horrifying ways. God’s Country is a short film that will serve as the entry point to a larger narrative that will ultimately be realized as a feature-length film.
