Director and screenwriter, Damir Mehic was born in 2001 in Luxembourg to Bosnian and Montenegrin parents. He is a 2025 graduate of the Łódź Film School in Poland (PWSFTviT). He has directed short films in Bosnia-Herzegovina, Poland and Luxembourg, which include "Going Diaspora" (2022), „Please Don't Cry“ (2025) and "Egzamin" (2025). His latest short film "A Winter Melody", supported by the Film Fund Luxembourg, is currently in post-production.
