Ephemeral is a psychological thriller that follows Jack, a college student quietly struggling with anxiety and depression over the course of a single day.

What begins as an ordinary day slowly reveals a deeper sense of isolation, as Jack wrestles with thoughts and emotions he cannot fully express. Interactions feel distant, and the pressure to appear “okay” begins to weigh on him in ways that are not immediately visible to others.

I wanted this projected to represent a realistic and hopefully honest portrayal of what mental health can look like. I want to emphasize that it is okay to ask for help.
