This story combines my love for my Panamanian culture, my interest in activism from my experience growing up, just outside of Washington DC, and my passion for storytelling into a project that depicts my hope for a better future while raising awareness for real world problems. I learned about the Panamanian water crisis from a protest I witnessed, which inspired me to learn more about the problem. In research, when found it incredibly difficult to find any information on the causes or resources to help the people affected, I knew it was a story I wanted to bring awareness to.
