I’ve always found solace in films about disconnection and perspective. My favorite movies are the ones that find all the words that go unexpressed between characters, and that, ultimately, is what I wanted to achieve with this film. I didn't want to make a film that is about brother versus brother, but rather brothers versus their circumstances. And since I am the littlest in my family, I wanted to tell the story from the perspective of the Little Brother.

My mother always told me that if I don’t have anyone else in my life, I’ll always have my brother.
