Daniela Múnera Ángel is a documentary filmmaker and Student Emmy Award–nominated editor based in the U.S., originally from Colombia. She creates intimate, intergenerational stories that explore memory, resilience, and cultural identity, including her podcast Amores, which shares grandparents’ stories with global audiences. Daniela has over four years of experience in post-production, and has worked on unscripted films for the National Geographic Society and PBS. Passionate about storytelling as a tool for healing and cultural preservation, she focuses on giving voice to untold stories while mentoring younger collaborators in the filmmaking process.
