'CASUALTIES' is an exploration of the human condition, following a man in prison, physically confined but mentally trapped in recurring memories he cannot escape. It delves into the relentless overlap between past and present, where memory functions as a curse, replaying pain long after the original events. This story illuminates isolation, psychological survival, and the cost of carrying unresolved trauma. Rather than depicting violence literally, the film uses symbolic and unsettling imagery. Through this perspective, the film reveals that some of the deepest casualties are invisible, unfolding inside a person while the world keeps moving around them.
