Tempest Creation is an award-winning mixed Chinese Trans-Feminine writer and director based out of Queens, NY. Inspired by an ever changing New York City, Tempest pieces together urban architecture and queer intimacy to form electrifying films designed to disrupt. Her short films Annarchy Artist and Birth of the Hive Queen premiered at NewFest 36 and NewFest 37 respectively. Additionally her films have screened across the world including at The Kitchen, Mykonos Biennale, Filmmaker’s Co-op, The Roxy Cinema, EFF London and EFF Barcelona.
