About this submission
Baby Freeze is very personal to me. Growing up in a military family wasn’t easy. I had to get used to constantly moving, and not seeing my dad much in my childhood. I wanted to tell a father daughter story with a deep emotional core, and combine it with the art of dance. I recently dived into the world of breaking over the past year through videography, and it has become a significant part of my life. The experiences that I had, deepened my respect and admiration for the art form, and inspired me to write this film.
