We understand God insofar as we pay attention to the world. It is how we know ourselves and it is how we belong.

I chose to tell this specific story because I was paying attention to my friend.

The short documentary film is a character study of her vulnerabilities. Wherever she feels lost, confused, or like she doesn't belong is where audiences can see themselves and feel less alone. The animation running through it imagines God as a light.

If the image of God is a ball of light, then we feel it through the cracks that we all have.
