In Advisor Studio sessions, film and television industry professionals share field experiences and insights into their specific areas of craft, including writing, directing, and producing for TV and film.
“Until you make the unconscious conscious, it will direct your life and you will call it fate.” - Carl Jung
The life of the artist can be overwhelming, and it can be easy to lose focus on one’s craft when bombarded with deadlines, news, and the latest trends. Silence and moments of reflection are essential in artistic practice. It is important to look within for inspiration, and exploring your unconscious can help you get there.
Join Sundance Collab for a special live, immersive session where specialist Kim Gillingham shares her Creative Dreamwork practice. Kim has collaborated on film, television, and theater projects with artists such as Jessie Buckley, Jane Campion, Greg Kwedar, and was the Dream Consultant on Hamnet, where she worked with the cast and crew to find harmony and tap into their creative energy.
Participants should come with a recent dream and/or a project that they are currently working on in addition to a notebook to use.
