Paula Webster
SALT LAKE CITY, Utah, United States
Paula Webster, at heart, is a local interests enthusiast and "yay!" maker idealist. She also has personal interest (& obsessive enthusiasm) over keeping a rolodex of the best vendors this side of the Wasatch Front to promote connections and share resources. As the Spanish Marketing Associate/Translator for the Utah Arts Alliance, she advocates for the UAA's mission to uphold practices in Diversity, Equity, & Inclusivity, by making art opportunities available to everyone. As part of the Events Department, she's able to apply her knowledge of Arts Administration to the production of exciting & creative events. She has also been able to serve her communities in all areas of culture, arts, & film, through supporting & encouraging friendly networks between entrepreneurs and businesses. Her top desire is to increase awareness about how accessible & interconnected SLC’s unique “social topography” is, by sharing just how diverse our community is, can be, and to keep fostering growth within this beautiful & natural landscape here in Utah. Her other labors of love include (surprisingly, for being a social ham who recharges with quiet introversion) doing local open mic comedy sets, background acting, karaoke, climbing/hiking, and camping at Green River. The love of her life is her deaf and blind 18 year old cat named Lola (named after The Kinks song) because it truly is "a mixed up, muddled up, shook up world, except for Lola".
