I'm a freelance immersive producer/director, most recently directing VR pieces for The Guardian. My VR work includes ‘Limbo: a virtual experience of seeking asylum’, ‘Celestial Motion: a virtual dance experience, and ‘The Party’, a 360 film seen through the eyes of an autistic teenager. I've also been Audio Editor overseeing all of the Guardian's podcast content. Previously, I worked for the BBC and independent TV companies in both news and documentaries and then joined the Guardian as a multimedia journalist spending 6 years directing numerous short films. I'm interested in new forms of immersive storytelling that combine documentary practice with technology including AR, mixed reality and location-based projects.
