The film comes from a deeply entrenched anxiety surrounding climate change, and its effects on a personal scale. I grew up in Ft. Lauderdale, FL, ten minutes from the Atlantic Ocean – a force that’s on track to damage and displace my home. This film is a living realization of my greatest fears.
...and I Feel Fine breaks the visceral disbelief and apocalypse fatigue propagated by mass media outlets & budget studios. The film focuses on small-scale tragedy to ground the audience rather than exhaust them.
