The under 5 minute mockumentary cum horror is an attempt to use mix-media sources as I am currently home quarantined & was unable to go outside to film.
I filmed my sister's pet cat through an abstract narrative, & incorporated other sources of audio-visuals that I took from the internet.
The film is about an alien creature visiting an empty apartment where a pet cat fearlessly interacts with it. And as absurd as this story is, the audience is forced to listen to a series of audio bytes that reflect the absurd state of global affairs amidst the covid-19 pandemic.
