Turtles All the Way Down is a fan-made short film by a small group of college students at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas in the course of just three days. Based upon the novel by John Green (The Fault in Our Stars, Looking For Alaska, Paper Towns), Turtles All the Way Down is about a girl who has OCD and constantly believes she is infected with a disease, she tries to control her thoughts and find her true self. The novel was adapted into a screenplay and directed by Rankin Dean.
I am 24 years old and was born & raised in Texas. I started my filmmaking passion through funny videos for YouTube and then gradually made my way to short films. I am currently getting my BFA in Acting for Theatre/Film at Abilene Christian University and am finishing my last semester of the degree at the Los Angeles Film Studies Center.
