About this submission

Cornish takes place in England in the 1400s. It follows interwoven stories of thieves, soldiers, and nobility. In this scene, William who is the king regent hosts a feast. Margot, who is a noblewoman ripe with jealousy fights for his attention, only to be thwarted by the arrival of Lady Eleanor, a noble by marriage, not by birth as we soon find out. The two ladies have a verbal spat, highlighting their shortcomings and insecurities.
