About this submission
Stress and anxiety are so often experienced by college level students. Intensive workloads, fear of failure, and lack of sleep weigh heavy on the phyche of college life. It can be hard to clear your mind and see the bigger picture. The progression of this film illustrates both the necessity and simplicity of picking up the small sparks of joy in life and using them to combat the darkness. By surrounding yourself with positive thoughts and hopeful spirits we can all give ourselves enough room to keep moving forward and simply breath.
