My name is Brandon English, and I am a Queer Filipino-American Multidisciplinary Artist located in Los Angeles, CA. I explore my artistry through movement, spirituality, and deep script analysis. I am an actor, director, producer, and writer - but I simply identify as an Artista (Tagalog for "Artist"). I pull inspiration from my Filipino roots and my Queer identity. Last summer I produced Borracho: Spanish for Drunken Bum at the Hollywood Fringe Festival 2019, where it won an award and had a complete sold out run. I was nominated for Broadway World Awards "Best Featured Actor in a Musical" for my work in Comfort Women: A New Musical. Most recently I starred in "Consent" directed by Andrew Cervantes, and the short film won the Grand Jury Award at Outfest. more...
